Teacher Transfer Notification 13/11/2018 Details

According to notification No.SO(SE-IV)7-28/2018(Transfer):

The Chief Minister approves the lifting of ban imposed on transfer/postings of the Honorable teachers by the respective Competent Authorities for different categories and grades in the School Education Department (SED) from 1st April to 31st May 2018. According to Transfer Policy 2013.

The Honorable Chief Minister has been further pleased to direct that all Competent Authorities for the different categories and grades in SED for the transfers/postings of the Honorable teachers shall be personally responsible to ensure that all postings /transfers shall be made as The Transfer Policy 2013, dated 17/04/2013 as amended from time to time till 15th March, 2018 (Annex-A), within the approved timelines referred above, Strictly on merit and as per approved laid down criteria. In case of any deviation from The Transfer Policy, 2013, concerned Authority will be proceeded under the provision of PEEDA Act, 2006.
