One have to apply online for his/her transfer by using SIS Punjab android application. SIS Punjab android application can be downloaded by searching “SIS Punjab” on Playstore. Or you can download SIS Punjab app latest updated version from this link.

In the first phase of Teachers e Transfer, 30158 teachers have applied for within district transfer. While, next phase of Across District Transfer will start soon.

Now you can check easily merit lists, sanctioned or vacant posts of any particular school. In order to check details, go through following steps;

NOTE: You can check information on “SEDiNFO Box” more easily, just download on you android mobile from this SEDiNFO Box Playstore link.

★ Go to this SIS Punjab Public Link

★ On the SIS Punjab Public welcome page, you’ll have following options;

• Summary
• Student Enrollment
• Student Attendance
• Teachers & Staff
• Sanctioned Posts
• Transfer

Now in “Sanctioned Posts” tab, you can easily check all the filled & vacant posts details. Though, you need to enter EMIS code of that particular school, for which you need details. But, if you don’t know EMIS code still you don’t need to worry, just check Extra Tip below.

Click on the next last tab i.e “Transfer” tab, here you can check school wise all the required information. In the first selection box, you need to select a district. In next selection box, select Tehsil. Similarly, select Markaz & then required school.

NOTE: After selecting all the correct options, you need to click on “Apply” button, to show results.

Extra Tip: In the last selection box i.e School selection box, here you can see EMIS code of each school & can use it in “Sanctioned Posts” tab.
