PEEF Outreach Scholarships Latest

Here on this page you can find information about PEEF Outreach Scholarships Latest. PEEF allocates 80% of the scholarships for “Outreach Scholarships”. These scholarships are for studies in the following four educational levels. The level wise allocation of scholarship is below:

  • Secondary 20%
  • Intermediate 30%
  • Graduation 30%
  • Masters 20%

 Type of Institutions

These scholarships are available for both public. and private sector educational institutions.

☞ The Approach

PEEF Outreach Scholarships LatestPEEF has adopted a “Pro active Approach” for the award of Outreach Scholarships to the talented and deserving students. There are no advertisements to seek applications for scholarships; rather PEEF itself obtains data of meritorious students from Punjab Examination Commission (PEC), all Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISEs) of Punjab and Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) and contact the eligible and meritorious students who have attained top positions in their respective tehsils.

☞ Geographic Allocation

The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund endeavors to bring best educational opportunities to the less privileged and talented youth of Punjab, and bring them at par with the most fortunate ones. In this perspective, all the districts of Punjab have been divided into two major categories; Developed Districts (DDs) and Less Developed Districts (LDDs)

☞ Level Wise Eligibility Criteria

A) Secondary Level

The students must have:

  • Must have passed Punjab Examination Commission’s (PEC) held Grade VIII annual examination in annual (OR).
  • Must have passed Grade VIII examination conducted by the Directorate of Special Education, Lahore.
  • Secured at least 60% marks in the above mentioned examination.
  • Secured admission in a regular educational institution as a fulltime student in the same year of passing the examination.
  • Declared monthly income of parents (from all sources) as equal to or less than PKR. 15,000/-
  • For Special Quota Scholarships. the student must fall in at least one of the S.Q categories:
    I) Orphan Student
    II) Children of government employees of BPS 1-4
    III) Children belonging to minority religion
    IV) Special Children (Disabled)
    V)The Children civilians martyred in terrorist’s attacks
  • Not avail any other educational scholarship during the current academic year

Note: The children of government servants in BPS 1 – 4 are exempted from income limit criteria if salary is the only source of income.

Marks improves or students who have passed examination in supplementary session are not eligible.

B) Intermediate and Graduation Level

The students must have:

  • Passed Matriculation and Intermediate annual examination held by Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Punjab or Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (FBISE),Islamabad in annual.
  • Only students of Federal Government Institutions and Fedral Private affiliated istitutions situated within geographical boundaries of Punjab are eligible .
  • Declared monthly income of parents (from all sources) is Rs. 15,000/- or less.
  • For Special Quota Scholarships, the student must fall in at least one of the S.Q categories.
    I) Orphan Student
    II) Children of government employees of BPS 1-4
    III) Children belonging to minority religion
    IV) Special Children (Disabled)
  • Not availing any other educational scholarship during the respective current academic year.
  • Secured admission in a regular educational institution as a full time student in the same year as of passing the examination.

Marks improves or students who have passed examination in supplementary session are not eligible.

C) Masters Level

These Scholarships will be awarded to students fulfilling the criteria given below;

  • Students having Punjab domicile
  • Secured at least 60% marks or a minimum CGPA of 2.5 in BA/BSc/BCom/BS/BBA etc. annual examination held in 2015/2016 or 2017 from Punjab.
  • Secured admission as a full time student in the current academic / Degree year (2017-18) in one of the partner University / government post graduate colleges .
  • Students enrolled in spring/fall session and morning/ afternoon/ evening sessions (where applicable) are also eligible to apply for PEEF Master’s scholarships.
  • Declared monthly income of parents (from all sources) is equal to or less than Rs.30, 000/-
  • Children of Government employees in BPS 1-4 are exempted from condition of income, if salary is only source of income
  • The prospective student, besides fulfilling PEEF eligibility criteria, must qualify the merit and need criteria of the respective University/ Degree Awarding Institution

Note: Following students are not eligible for PEEF Masters level Scholarship:

  • Students who have already passed / possessed MA / MSc / MS / MPhil etc. degree.
  • Marks improves or students who have passed examination in supplementary session.
  • Students who have passed the aforementioned examination with grace marks (*).

      1. sir ye uper eligibility criterias mein condition likhi ha k income 15000 se km hni chahiye…..agr income to ziada ho lkin kharche bi ziada han to??
