Subject of the notification is, “Clarification Regarding Transfer Under Contract Appointment Policy 2014”
According to issued notification, one time transfer is permissible during the tenure of 3 to 5 years as a special dispensation. Moreover, it also clarifies, 3 to 5 years does not mean that after completion of 3 years or 5 years, chance of transfer can be availed. The meaning of this amendment is that if a contract employee is appointed for 3 years or 5 years , he can avail one time dispensation for his transfer during said tenure at any time.
