What’s PER Form? PER stands for Performance Evaluation Report. The head teachers writes Performance Evaluation Report (PER) according to the performance of a particular teacher. PER is written for the previous year, it starts from the January 1st & ends on 31st of December. In some cases these dates may vary according to the joining or relieving of that particular teacher.
